Online Education Forums
BHA Chat Rooms have been established for 600 hour and 1,200 hour Medical Massage students. The chat rooms serve as an online forum for academic interaction between students and teachers. Online forums provide an excellent means by which you can find answers to academic questions through the dynamics of student / teacher involvement and interaction.
Before you can gain access to any BHA online forum, you must:
- Be a registered student in one of the BHA residential or eLearning programs.
- Affirm that you have read and agree to all BHA forum rules and regulations. Failure to comply with BHA online education rules can result in immediate, and permanent, removal from all online education forums.
- After you have read the forum rules and regulations, contact the Blue Heron Academy Administrative Office to obtain your personalized username and password. Reach the office by phoning 1-888-285-9989 or by email at admin@blueheronacademy.com
- Usernames and passwords allow entrance to only one of the online forums accessed below. Click on the appropriate link to enter the correct classroom.
- Note: online forum chat room "open hours" will be provided by your instructor. Chat rooms will only be open for student / teacher interaction during fixed days and times.
Enter Online Forums
You must have a username and password to enter the online education forums. Once you've entered your online forum, please do take the time to read both the "help" and "tips" sections. And, please don't forget to have a copy of the forum rules handy while online.
Online Academic Courses - Access, Policies and Procedures
- Anyone using the information provided in the online academic programs must be a registered
student of the Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences.
- Registered students will receive an online program password as detailed below.
- Registered students will be assigned an online program course advisor and
will be able to contact their advisor via email, chat room, or phone.
- Online program tests will be sent for correction to your program advisor via
email.
- When answers to questions require a written response, other than yes/no or
true/false, please write out a full response to the question so that your advisor
can see that you fully understand the question and its answer.
BHA Online education programs can only be accessed with a username and password. The username and password codes needed to access online education courses are not the same as your chat room codes. The staff at the BHA Administrative office will provide you with the username and password codes you need to gain access to the Online Academic Course Center.
